No. Depending on the certificate, the signature is made in my presence or you acknowledge before me that the signature is yours. If it arrives signed and the document requires a jurat, it must be reprinted.

No. Florida law does not allow notarizing incomplete documents. Every field must be filled in except the signature and the notarial section.

It depends on the document: many Florida powers of attorney and wills require two witnesses. I review your document beforehand and let you know. If you don't have anyone, I can arrange witnesses with advance notice.

The State of Florida caps the fee for each notarial act. Mobile service adds a travel fee based on distance and time of day, always confirmed in writing before the appointment.

Yes. Florida law caps online notarial acts at $25 each, separate from the in-person cap.

No. Choosing or drafting a document is legal advice, and I'm not an attorney. I can explain what a notarial act is and what Florida law requires to perform it, but the content must come from you, your attorney or the institution requesting it.

I serve clients in Spanish and English, but I don't provide certified translation. If your filing requires one, I'll tell you what type is usually requested.

Not where the law treats the interest as disqualifying. A notary cannot notarize documents in which they have a financial interest or are a party, and there are restrictions involving close relatives.

Yes. The signer must be alert, understand what they're signing and be able to communicate. Let me know if the facility requires prior authorization for the visit.
