Remote Online Notarization (RON) is recognized under Florida law. The session is recorded, your identity is verified through knowledge-based authentication and credential analysis, and the document is signed electronically with a digital seal and a tamper-evident certificate.
It's the best option when the signer is in another state or country, when the document is urgent, or when traveling is difficult for health or work reasons.
Not every document accepts electronic signature: some property records, consulates and foreign institutions still require ink on paper. Before booking, I verify whether your document accepts RON.
How the process works
