Jamina Pacheco is a Notary Public commissioned by the State of Florida. A Florida Notary Public verifies signers' identity, witnesses signatures, administers oaths and completes the notarial certificate the law requires.

A Notary Public is not an attorney and does not perform the functions of a civil-law notary. They do not draft documents, choose which document you need, interpret clauses or represent any party.

Florida sets a maximum fee per notarial act, a separate maximum for acts performed by remote online notarization, and one for marriage ceremonies. Travel, printing, shipping and waiting charges are quoted separately and confirmed in writing before the appointment.

Data you submit through the contact form (name, email, phone, service and message) is stored in a private database and used only to answer your request and coordinate the service. It is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

Notarial acts are recorded in the notarial journal as Florida law requires. Remote online notarization sessions are recorded and retained for the period the law establishes.
